蔬菜嫁接机盘状复合凸轮机构设计研究
Design of the Discal Multiple Cam Mechanism for Vegetable Grafting Robot
【摘要】 蔬菜嫁接繁殖既能保持接穗品种的特性,又可利用砧木的有利特性,达到提早开花结果、增强适应性和抗性的目的,是园艺植物的主要无性繁殖方法。为了减轻蔬菜嫁接的劳动强度,设计了一种结构简单、适合我国国情的蔬菜嫁接机。对贴接法蔬菜嫁接机的关键部件—盘状复合凸轮进行了研究,通过计算机辅助分析与模拟,给出了复合凸轮机构的轮郭曲线。
【Abstract】 In order to alleviate the labor intensity of vegetable grafting, the authors design a vegetable grafting robot, which are simple mechanism and adapt to the situation of our country. The discal multiple cam, which are the key parts in close-joining vegetable auto-grafting robot system, are designed. Through the computer simulation and assistant analysis, the multiple cam mechanism curve are given.
