【Abstract】 As one of the high new technologies of modern food engineering, extrusion technology has been widely used in food industry. It is also in the processing of feed, oil extraction, and brewing, textured vegetable protein. Adapting to the development of extrusion technology and promoting the wide application of extrusion technology, feature of extrusion technology is analyzed in the paper, the present status and development of extrusion technology and equipments are discussed, some outlook are described for the development of extrusion technology and equipments.更多还原
