挤压膨化工艺与设备的研究进展
Development of Extrusion Technology and Equipments
【摘要】 挤压膨化技术作为现代食品工程高新技术之一,已广泛地应用于食品工业中,并逐步在饲料、油脂、酿造、组织化植物蛋白等多个加工领域中得到应用。为了适应挤压膨化技术的发展,促进挤压膨化技术在各行业中的广泛应用,分析了挤压膨化技术的特点,讨论了挤压膨化技术及设备的现状和研究进展,并对挤压膨化技术的发展前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 As one of the high new technologies of modern food engineering, extrusion technology has been widely used in food industry. It is also in the processing of feed, oil extraction, and brewing, textured vegetable protein. Adapting to the development of extrusion technology and promoting the wide application of extrusion technology, feature of extrusion technology is analyzed in the paper, the present status and development of extrusion technology and equipments are discussed, some outlook are described for the development of extrusion technology and equipments.
