虚拟制造技术在烟草烘干机械上的应用
Virtual Manufacturing Technology Applied in the Machine of Tobacco Leaf’s Drying
【摘要】 虚拟制造是实际制造在计算机上的本质实现,是计算机仿真技术和虚拟现实技术在制造领域的综合发展。为此,介绍了虚拟制造技术和烟叶烘干的过程,并把烟叶烘干这个较为复杂的过程用虚拟制造技术进行模拟,同时运用了模糊控制的技术,得到了很好的效果,缩短了开发周期,减少了开发费用,并保证了产品的质量。
【Abstract】 Virtual manufacturing is the actual manufacture realizes on the computer essence, is the computer simulative technology and virtual reality technology in the manufacture domain synthesis development. Hence, this text introduce Virtual Manufacturing and the process of tobacco leaf’ drying, use .Virtual Manufacturing technology to describe this complicated process, using the fuzzy control technology at the same time, and get a good results, shortened the construction cycle, reduced the development cost, and has guaranteed the product quality.
