【摘要】 以研究砍蔗破头率的影响因素为目的,采用试验台模拟砍蔗的方法,对甘蔗收获机切割器的工作参数进行了试验研究;同时,探讨了切割速度、刀盘前倾角、刀片数量、切割角及收割机前进速度对砍蔗力的影响,采用方差分析得到各因素对砍蔗力的影响顺序,采用回归分析得到计算砍蔗力的经验公式,为虚拟数字样机的进一步研究提供了验证数据及仿真参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence factor of the rate of broken root of cutting sugarcane, a simulation fielding experiment was carry out to study working parameters of the harvester cutter by using cutter sugarcane test-bed. The effects of cutting speed, cutter-disk obliquity, knife number, cutting angle and harvester walk speed on cutting sugarcane force were discussed, the influence order of each factor to cutting sugarcane force and the experience formula of calculate cutting sugarcane force were got by variance analysis and regression analysis, and provided the validation data and simulation parameter for further research on virtual numerical prototype.更多还原
