6SYZ-10型水滤式油炸机的研究
Research on 6SYZ-10 Water-filter-type Frying Machine
【摘要】 水滤式油炸机,可从根本上解决传统油炸机所存在的因残渣滞留油中被反复煎炸所造成的油质极易变坏,及其危害人体健康、影响环境等方面的诸多问题。为此,用热力学和流体力学理论分析并解决了水滤式油炸机结构设计及关键参数确定等的实际问题,实现了设计目标。
【Abstract】 The water-filter-type frying machine is able to completely resolve many problems existing in the traditional frying machine, such as preventing the kerosene from deteriorating for the residues held up in the oil, then to harm the human health and influence the environment. Hence, its structure design and critical parameters are determined based on the theoretical analysis of thermodynamics and hydromechanics, and the design targets are also realized.
