基于虚拟样机技术的发动机性能仿真
Simulation for Performance of Engine Based on Virtual Prototyping Technology
【摘要】 简要介绍了虚拟样机技术的概念、体系结构及其关键技术,并在三维软件Pro/E中建立了汽车发动机的实体模型。通过Mechanism/Pro接口导入ADAMS,建立了发动机的虚拟样机,进行运动学和动力学仿真,对仿真结果进行分析,从而为改进设计提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 The conception、framework and key technology of virtual prototyping technology were briefly introduced. A entity model of engine was built in three-dimensional software Pro/E, through interface Mechanism/Pro the model was transformed into a virtual prototype in ADAMS. A computerized simulation was carried out for the performance of engine in order that the analysis of simulation results can be the references for improved design.
