【摘要】 所谓的奶业就是奶制品的产业,其产业链中的各因素必须协调发展。奶业产业链由市场、乳品加工企业和奶源组成。加工企业在市场的支撑下,应合理配置包括奶源、资金流、物流、设备等资源,生产适销对路的产品和创造独具特色的企业文化,力争做大做强,形成优势效应,进一步激励市场的扩容和促进奶源的建设。为此,分析了我国乳业发展现状及问题,提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The milk industry is the industry of milk products. The factors in this industry line must be developed coordinately. The milk industry line is composed of market, milk product processing enterprises and milk source. In the support of market, the processing enterprises should distribute milk sources, financial source, materials, equipment and so on, produce the suitable products and create the special culture of enterprise to form dominant effect, encourage market to be enlarged and stimulate the construction of milk source.
