Formins蛋白的结构及其功能
Development of Research on Formins Protein
【摘要】 Form ins蛋白是一类结构蛋白,它的生物学功能与肌动蛋白密切相关。其基本结构除了FH 1和FH 2结构域以外,动物和真菌中还具有FH 3、双螺旋结构域等等,而在植物中则没有。根据蛋白N端有无信号肽和跨膜结构域,植物中的Form ins蛋白被典型地分为I、II二类。Form ins蛋白分布广泛,在拟南芥和水稻中分别预测出有21个和16个Form ins蛋白的存在。Form ins蛋白的生物学功能主要表现在参与了肌动蛋白的组装以及作为信号传递链的组成部分。
【Abstract】 Formins are a kinds of structural protein.Besides FH1 and FH2 domains of Formins’basic structures,there are many distinctive domains in animal and fungal,such as FH3,coiled-coil and so on.But there are no such domains in plant.Because of signal peptide and a trans-membrane domain of N-terminal,Plant Formins can be divided into two subfamilies:type I and type II.Formins distribute abroad,there are 21 and 16 Formins in Arabidopsis and Oryza Sativa respectively.The biological functions of Formins are relative to the actin filaments,include: affect cytoskeletal reorganization and intermediates in signal-transduction cascades.
