大孔树脂对紫甘薯色素的静态吸附参数研究
Study on the static adsorption properties and optimum parameters determination of macroporous resins to purple sweet potato pigments
【摘要】 选取4种大孔树脂(AB-8、S-8、NAK-Ⅱ及NKA-9)吸附紫甘薯色素,研究了大孔树脂吸附过程中的静态吸附动力学和AB-8大孔树脂的静态吸附热力学。结果表明:AB-8大孔树脂是较理想的吸附树脂,其吸附平衡速率常数为每分钟0.024 6,吸附过程和Freund lich经验公式拟合较好;当溶液的色素含量为0.992(以A535表示)、吸附温度为40℃、吸附时间为30 m in时具有最佳的吸附效果。
【Abstract】 Static adsorption dynamics and thermodynamics of four kinds of macroporous resins,viz.,AB-8,S-8,NAK-Ⅱ,and NAK-9 used in purple sweet potato pigments(PSPPs)purification were investigated in this paper.It was indicated that(AB-8) was a kind of preferable macroporous resin with the adsorption equilibrium rate constant of 0.024 6 per minute and the(adsorption) equation fitted the Freundlich empirical equation well.The maximum adsorption of AB-8 to the purple sweet potato pigments was adsorbed at the content of pigment 0.992(A535),temperature 40 ℃ for 30 min.
