耐盐性不同的野大豆种子和幼苗对等渗水分和NaCl胁迫的响应

【摘要】 用等渗(-0.53 MPa)PEG-6000、NaC l、Na+-盐和C l--盐溶液分别处理野大豆种群BB52(耐盐性较强)和N23232(耐盐性较弱)的种子和幼苗。结果表明:除PEG处理对两种群种子发芽无明显影响外,其余各等渗盐处理下其相对发芽率均显著下降,其中Na+-盐处理下降最明显;两种群所有处理幼苗的叶片相对电解质渗漏率和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加,叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数值(PSⅡ最大光化学效率,Fv/Fm;光合电子传递速率,ETR)显著下降。这些处理对N23232的影响大于BB52,其中Na+-盐的影响最大,PEG影响最小。可见,NaC l胁迫对野大豆造成的伤害中,离子毒害较渗透胁迫重,其中又以Na+毒害大于C l-毒害。

【Abstract】 The seeds and seedlings of two Glycine soja populations(BB52,the salt-tolerant;N23232,the salt-sensitive)were treated with iso-osmotic(-0.53 MPa) PEG-6000,NaCl,Na~+-salt and Cl~——salt solution.The results showed that,all the iso-osmotic salt treatments declined significantly the relative germination rate except the PEG treatment,of which the most obvious decline occurred under Na~+-salt solution.When the seedlings of the two G.soja populations were treated with those iso-osmotic solutions,the relative electrolytic leakage and the MDA contents in leaves were all increased obviously,while the contents of chlorophyll and values of chlorophyll fluorescence(variable to maximal fluorescence ratio,F_v/F_m;electron transfer rate,ETR)were decreased.The effects of the above treatments on N23232 were more than those on BB52,the Na~+-salt treatment brought out the most obvious effect,and the minimal changes were observed under PEG treatment.It was concluded that,among the toxicity of NaCl stress on seeds and seedlings of G.soja,the ionic toxicity was more than the osmotic stress,and the toxicity brought by Na~+ was more serious than that by Cl~-.
