【Abstract】 Based on literature review and practice analysis of policy invalidation on prime farmland protection,the paper puts forward a new method of protecting prime farmland by classification.By this means,all superior farmland in our country is divided into four types of reserves-state,province,municipal and county.Still,corresponding organizations are established to administer them.The paper makes a detailed discussion on the mechanism design of policy system for classified protection from the perspectives of planning management,institutional setup and economic incentives,all of which will throw light on the policy practice of prime farmland protection in China.更多还原
