浸渍塑化杨木单板顺纹拉伸性能的研究
Tensile Property Parallel to the Grain of Poplar Veneer of Adhesive-soaking
【摘要】 通过拉伸试验,研究了塑化杨木单板不同压力时的顺纹拉伸性能,分析了其与塑化压力间的关系。结果表明:塑化杨木单板的拉伸模量与塑化压力呈非线性关系;随塑化压力增大,单板的弹性模量有减小的趋势,顺纹抗拉强度呈增大趋势,但当压力增大到一定值时顺纹抗拉强度趋于稳定。
【Abstract】 Poplar veneer is an essential cell of wood-bamboo composite structure.During the course of designing-constitute of wood/bamboo composite,elastic modulus is an important factor.The property along the grain of poplar veneer of the composite of the wood/bamboo was studied through the tensile experiment,and the relationship between the tensile property and pressure was analysed.The results show that the relationship between elastic modulus and adhesive pressure is non-linear.With the increase of the adhesive pressure,elastic modulus decreases.
