【Abstract】 According to the industrial organization theory,principle of economics and corporate management theory,the impetus mechanism model of forest-paper integration(FPI),as well as its operating principle is studied.The model’s sub-mechanisms of agents,industrial organizing and objectives are further analyzed.Thus,the theoretical guidance is provided to promote the course of Chinese FPI,and to enhance the vitality and competitive force of FPI organizations.更多还原
