不对称人造板的结构设计
The Structural Design of Unsymmetrical Wood Based Panels
【摘要】 从复合材料力学理论出发,建立了不对称人造板耦合刚度矩阵计算模型,讨论了耦合刚度系数B11、B22与板坯翘曲度的关系,分析了板坯层数、铺层顺序和铺设方向等对板坯耦合效应的影响。结果表明:板坯耦合刚度矩阵B中各元素绝对值越大,其翘曲度越大;在B矩阵中,系数B11和B22值对板坯翘曲度影响较大。可以通过改变板的层数、铺层顺序及铺设方向等因素来进行不对称人造板的结构设计,减少板坯的翘曲度。
【Abstract】 The coupling stiffness matrix model of unsymmetrical wood based panels was built under the theory of composite materials mechanics.This research discussed the relation between the coupling stiffness coefficient(B11,B22) and the warping of panels,some factors on panels coupling which include:the ply amounts,the order and the alignment of panels.The results showed that the bigger the absolute value of coupling stiffness matrix was,the more the warping of panels were.In the coupling stiffness matrix,the coupling coefficients B11 and B22 had the major effects on panels warping.The structure of unsymmetrical wood based panels could be designed and warping of panels could be reduced through calculating the coupling stiffness matrix B,modifying the ply amounts,the order and the alignment of panels.
