【Abstract】 Health wine has health functions and is produced by special techniques with distilling Liquor, fermenting wine or edible alcohol as base wine and edible animals and plants and food additives as aroma-producing, taste-producing and color-producing substances. Health wine has integrated food properties, healthcare properties and non-medicine properties.
