具有预提示功能的数字式燃油表设计
The Design of an Alarm Digital Fuel Gauge
【摘要】 针对传统的摇摆式油量传感器不能准确测量燃油箱中燃油量的缺点,设计出直立式油量传感器可以在车辆行驶的最大坡度范围内准确测出燃油量.文中给出了直立式油量传感器的工作原理和安装要求,并利用Freescale公司生产的MC68HC908SR12单片机作为数字式燃油表的CPU,把燃油量传感器的模拟信号经过单片机处理后变为对应的燃油量数值,通过LED显示出来.当燃油箱中的燃油量低于一定值之后,系统中的蜂鸣器开始报警.
【Abstract】 Considering that the traditional fuel pressure sensor can’t measure the remaining tank fuel accurately,the(authors) come up with an alarm digital fuel gauge which can solve the problem.The newly designed fuel pressure sensor can indicate the maximum amount of the fuel needed while the vehicle is in progress.The new sensor’s working principle and installation requirements are given.MC68HC908SR12 is used as the digital fuel gauge’s CPU.The single-chip microcomputer in the fuel gauge converts the analog signals into numbers which will be displayed on a LED.When the fuel level is too low,the alarm will be triggered off.
