三种兽药添加剂对赤子爱胜蚓体内纤维素酶和SOD酶的活性影响

【摘要】 研究了土壤生物赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)分别暴露于兽药添加剂喹乙醇、阿散酸和土霉素后,其体内纤维素酶活力和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD酶)活力随剂量和时间的变化.结果表明,阿散酸在浓度高于1 000 mg/L、土霉素在浓度高于125 mg/L范围内对蚯蚓体内纤维素酶活力有抑制作用.高浓度的阿散酸(>500 mg/L)对SOD酶活力有促进作用,喹乙醇对蚯蚓体内SOD酶活力具有明显的促进作用,500 mg/L时就表现出极显著性差异(P<0.01),并随浓度升高而增强.实验表明采用赤子爱胜蚓体内的纤维素酶和SOD酶作为生物标志物来评价兽药添加剂对土壤环境生态系统的潜在影响和危害,具有十分现实的意义.

【Abstract】 This paper investigated the effects of three kinds of veterinary drugs olaquindox,arsanilic acid and oxytetracycline,at different concentrations and exposure times on the activities of cellulase and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of the earthworm Eisenia foetida.The results showed that the cellulase activities in Eisenia foetida were increased with an increase in the exposure concentrations of arsanilic acid and the significant level was 0.05 when the concentration of arsanilic acid reached 1 000 mg/L compared with the control.However,the cellulase activities in Eisenia foetida was decreased with an increasing concentration of oxytetracycline and had especially significant reduction(P<0.01) at the concentration of 500 mg/L,and olaquindox couldn’t affect the activity of cellulase(P>0.05).As to the effects on the SOD activities in Eisenia foetida,it could be seen that olaquindox showed significant promotion effects at the concentration of 500 mg/L(P<0.05) and increased with the increasing concentration.At higher concentration,arsanilic acid showed promotion effects on the SOD activities,but oxytetracycline didn’t show any effect.The results of this study indicated that the use of three kinds of veterinary drugs and additives should be carefully restricted to ensure the safety of food and the well-being of mankind.
