【摘要】 城市土地集约利用是城市发展的必然要求.从区域空间的角度,建立城市土地集约利用指标体系,采用主成分分析法,对江苏省13个地级市城市土地集约利用情况进行了测度,并对结果进行了划分.结果表明:①苏南地区城市土地利用最为集约,苏中次之,苏北城市土地低度利用,这是因为城市产业结构的差异造成的;②在江苏省域空间上,城市土地集约利用呈阶梯状分布,其直接原因是城市区位的不同,而城市自身发展条件的差异和城市发展的动力因素的不同是其内在原因,也是导致个别城市存在特殊性的根本原因;③通过与人均可支配收入的相关分析,发现江苏省城市土地集约利用与经济发展水平呈正相关.通过对江苏省城市土地集约利用空间差异的初步分析研究,为城市土地集约利用的评价和城市土地储备提供了有益参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban land intensive use is a necessary demand for the development of city. However, vast attention from home and abroad has been paid to various social and ecological problems, like numerous land and capital waste, accompanied with rapid urbanization with development zone and real estate crazes currently. Moreover, the discussion “Who will feed China” is carried out exactly under the background that cultivated land reduces sharply in the process of fast industrialization and urbanization. With fast growth of rapid urbanization, under the background that the requirement of building land is increasing and grain safety has received universal attention, in light of national conditions of large population, little land and insufficient reserve resources of cultivated land, urban land intensive use and optimization distribution are not only directly related to rationality and validity of urban land use, but also influence the development of our country’ economy and society. As one of the best developed areas in China, Jiangsu province feeds 5.75 percent of national population with 1.07 percent of cultivated land all over the country. Therefore, urban land intensive use is key to the urban’s ebb and flow in Jiangsu province. From the study on regional spatial point of view, the method of principal component analysis is adopted to calculate the urban land intensive use of 13 cities in Jiangsu province with the formation of the index system of urban land intensive use. Then, the result of the calculation is graded. And the gradation map about urban land intensive use is drawn by using Mapinfo. Based on these facts, three conclusions are drawm First, urban land use in the southern Jiangsu province is more intensive than that in the middle and the northern part of Jiangsu province, because of the difference of city industrial structure among the three areas. Second, urban land intensive use is distributed as ladder in the spatial of Jiangsu province. The main reason is disparity of location among three areas. Third, urban land intensive use is positive correlation with the economic development through the analysis with per capita disposable income.更多还原
