【Abstract】 In this paper,the natural rubber(NR) latexs grafted with acrylate were prepared by seeded-emulsion copolymerization technique.Using statistical analysis of orthogonal experiment,the effects of some factors,such as NR latex/acrylate mass ratio,soft monomer/hard monomer mass ratio,and initiator dosage,emulsifier dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time,on the monomers conversion and grafting ratio of composite emulsion were discussed,then the improved synthesis conditions and monomers ratio were obtained.更多还原
