【摘要】 根据被灌封对象的特殊性,研制了一种满足使用要求的低黏度的环氧树脂灌封胶,考核了该灌封胶对普通碳钢的粘接性能、耐压性能、耐热性能及稀释剂对胶液流动性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,该灌封胶具有很好的流动性、较好的耐热性和粘接性能,可以满足细小缝隙的灌封。更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of low viscosity epoxy pouring sealant which can satisfy special purpose was prepared.The adhesion to steel,compress stress-strain property and heat resistance of the epoxy sealant were studied,and the effect of thinner on fluidity of glue and mechanical properties was also studied.As a result,the epoxy sealant has excellent liquidity,good heat resistance and adhesive ability,it can be applied in pouring of small cracks.更多还原
