交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液的研究

【摘要】 采用半连续法合成了一种交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液,讨论了交联单体的用量、外加交联剂的用量、固化温度等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响。研究表明,交联单体用量约为8.8%,制得的胶粘剂性能优良;外加4‰的交联剂,在110℃下烘干固化,可显著提高胶粘剂的耐水性。

【Abstract】 A self-crosslinkable polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized by semi-continuous technique.The influential factors,such as the dosage and ratios of cross-linking monomer,the dosage of added cross-linking component and the curing temperature on adhesive performance of the emulsion were studied.The results showed,the dosage of cross-linking monomer was about 8.8%,the performance of the emulsion was good.If 4‰ added cross-linking component was applied and cured the emulsion in a oven at 110 ℃,the water-proof performance was obviously improved.
