【Abstract】 Mr.Cai Yuanpei was quite disappointed with the late Qing government after the Wuxu Reform,and determinedly left for the south by giving up the identity of Hanlin with an aspiration to develop education and train person with ability.While presiding in Peking University and Central Research Academy,he had make monumental contribution to the students of Peking University and the development of Chinese earlier science cause with his employing idea of putting able people in the suitable position without sticking to the fixed pattern,and also developed a fairly good idea of cultivating qualified people.更多还原
