贵州中草药基地土壤重金属含量及评价
Contents of Heavy Metals in Soils for Chinese Herbal Bases in Guizhou
【摘要】 通过调查和采样,对贵州省中草药基地重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd、Ni以及类金属As进行分析和测定,并对土壤重金属污染进行了环境质量评价。结果表明,贵州省中草药基地土壤重金属平均含量分别为Cd 0.146 mg.kg-1、Cu 37.88 mg.kg-1、Zn 128.24 mg.kg-1、Ni 22.33 mg.kg-1、As 7.62 mg.kg-1、Pb 34.37 mg.kg-1、Cr 67.81 mg.kg-1,均没有超过国家土壤环境质量标准(二级)。各单项污染指数均低于0.70,全省平均综合污染指数为0.61,耕作层中Cd、As、Cr相对富集,底层中Zn相对富集。土壤环境质量综合评价结果表明贵州省中草药基地土壤环境质量状况处于安全级。
【Abstract】 Contents of heavy metals Cu,Zn,Pb,Cr,Cd,Ni and As in soils collected from herbal medicine bases in Guizhou province were analyzed and determined.The appraisal for pollution of the metals was evaluated.The results showed that the average contents of the heavy metals in the soils were: Cd,0.146 mg·kg-1;Cu,37.88 mg·kg-1;Zn,128.24 mg·kg-1;Ni,22.33 mg·kg-1;As,7.62 mg·kg-1;Pb,34.37 mg·kg-1;and Cr,67.81 mg·kg-1,respectively,revealing that all data are in line with national soil environment quality standard(level 2).The single factor pollution indictor for all heavy metals was below 0.7.The comprehensive pollution indictor of the herbal base in Guizhou was discovered to be 0.61.The elements of Cd,As,Cr,were relatively concentrated in surface layers,but Zn was more cumulated in bottom soil layers.The result indicated that the soils in the bases are under safe levels.
