甘肃省名优中药材产地土壤重金属残留调查分析

【摘要】 为了掌握甘肃省中药材产地土壤环境重金属残留,实现中草药的“土壤定向培育,”使其按人类需要的目标生长并富集有益元素,我们对甘肃省中药材生产具有代表性的4个县的当归、柴胡、党参等主产区土壤样品的As、Cr、Hg、Pb、Cd和Cu含量进行了调查分析测定,结果表明,土壤中As、Hg、Pb、Cr、Cd和Cu平均含量分别为12.75、0.040、41.88、94.62、0.19、19.44 mg.kg-1,均没有超出无公害农产品产地环境规定的标准,中药材产地土壤重金属积累不明显,结果可为中药材生产提供依据。

【Abstract】 In order to clarify heavy metals in soils for planting medicinal materials in Gansu Province,China to fulfill "directional cultivating soil" for the cash medicinal materials,we collected several soil and vegetation samples for monitoring residues of the metals.According to human being’s necessary requirement aiming at to grow up and accumulate available elements.We investigated and analyzed,tested the heavy metals including As,Cr,Hg,Pb,Cd and Cu in herbs namely Danggui,Chaihu and Dangshen taken from four counties,those representatives in Gansu Province.We have found that the contents for As,Hg,Pb,Cr,Cd and Cu in the test soils were 12.75?0.040?41.88?94.62?0.19?19.44 mg·kg-1,respectively,indicating that none of them exceeded official maximum permissible concentrations.No obvious accumulation of the heavy metals in the herbs materials was discovered.The data maybe provide an available information for planting design in traditional Chinese herbs in the studied area.
