【摘要】 试验于2003～2005年连续进行了3年。“申福1号”的贝壳丝状体培育条件与传统品种基本相同,但也有不同之处。培育良好的“申福1号”贝壳丝状体其壳孢子放散量与传统品种几乎一样,完全能满足生产大规模采苗要求。“申福1号”苗种下海养殖1个月,其藻体平均长度是传统品种的2倍多,表现出生长快,生长期长,不易成熟,色泽好等优点,增产增值效果很显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment had been conducted for 3 years from 2003 to 2005.The rearing condition of conchocelis of “shenfu No.1” was the same as the traditional ones, and the quantity discharged conchospores from the conchocelis of “shenfu No.1 ” was almost the same as the traditional ones, which could meet the demand of seeding and rearing in a large scale farming. After one month farming of conchosporelings of “Shenfu No.1” in the sea, the average length of gametophytic blade was over twice as much as the traditional ones. “ Shenfu No.1” had the advantage of faster growth rate, later mature and longer growth period, good color and luster.
