【摘要】 目的研究不同温度、湿度环境下,存放布类包装医用压力蒸汽灭菌物品的有效期,减少物品器材的损害,延长使用寿命,节省人力和资源。方法选择双层平纹纯棉外包布、内包布,包装医用手术器材包共440个。经预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌后,放置在各科室Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类环境的无菌物品柜内,每天测量存放环境的温度、湿度,保存15d、16d、17d、18d、19d、20d分别采样,进行实验室细菌培养,以确定灭菌物品使用的有效期限。结果440个灭菌包保存15～20d,细菌培养均为阴性。结论布类包装压力蒸汽灭菌物品,存放在温度为13～32℃,相对湿度为44%～93%的环境中,使用期限可以延长至20d。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the period of validity of autoclave sterilization to textile packaged medical devices under different conditions of temperatures and humidity so as to decrease devices damage,lengthen their lifespan and save the manpower and the resources.Methods 440 double tabby-cotton packing sheets,inner packing sheets and packed medical surgery equipments were chosen.After sterilized by vacuum high pressure steam sterilizer,they were deposited in the aseptic goods cabinet of typeⅡand typeⅢEnvironment temperature and humidity were measured every day.They were sampled on 15 d,16 d,17 d,18 d,19 d and 20 d after depositing,and laboratory bacteria culture was carried out in order to ascertain the validity of aseptic goods.Results Bacteria culture of 440 antiseptic packages were negative from 15～20 d after depositing.Conclusion The period of validity of autoclave sterilization of textile packaged medical devices may lengthen the use lifespan to 20 days under the environment of the temperature of 13～32℃and the humidity of 44%～93%.更多还原
