【摘要】 目的规范血液透析室新护士培训方法。方法采用全面系统的培训模式,以血透室护士应具备的基本素质、工作模式为依据,设置专科理论、临床技能、护理查房、能力培养等培训内容,以接受培训者达到具有血透室的基本能力为目标,成立教学小组,建立与培训师资队伍、选择理论及操作技能的培训方法,最后予以评价。结果77名培训的护士经过考核全部达标,按时完成培训计划,胜任血透护士工作。结论血透护士的基本素质、操作技能、全面评估、自我决策的培养使传统的护理模式向系统化、科学化、信息化和自我决策的新型护理模式转变;全面、系统、合理的理论课程设计结合临床实践是实用有效的培训内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To standardize the methods of training newcomer nurses in hemodialysis room. Methods We applied a systematic training pattern containing professional theory, clinical skills, nursing ward round, ability training based on requirement of nurse’s basic quality and nursing work mode. Aiming at the basic ability the trainees need to acquire, we set up teaching group and regulated training methods for training, theory and manipulation skills and finally evaluated the effect. Results 77 trainees reached the standards through examination and they completed their training, competent in nursing work of hemodialysis. Conclusion The cultivation of basic quality, operative skills, full evaluation and self determination is a transformation from the traditional nursing mode to new nursing mode characterized with systematization, informationalization and self decision-making. Proper theoretical lesions combined with clinical practice are useful and effective training contents.更多还原
