【摘要】 探讨妊娠高血压综合征预测阳性孕妇的社区护理干预效果。使用MP-妊娠高血压综合征监测仪结合妊娠高血压综合征诊断标准进行筛查预测;对妊娠高血压综合征预测阳性96例孕妇,使用妊娠高血压综合征监测仪进行监测,1次/2周,根据其结果进行社区护理干预,配合适当的药物治疗。经社区护理干预后96例妊娠高血压综合征预测阳性孕妇中只有5例发病,发病率5%,子痫为0例。提高孕妇参与监测、产检、学习、电话随访的自觉性,认为妊娠高血压综合征预测阳性孕妇进行社区护理干预,对预防、降低妊娠高血压综合征的发病率有明显的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 MP-PIH monitor was used to screen and predict pregnancy-induced hypertension in 96 pregnant women in order to understand the effect of nursing intervention for pregnant women.The monitoring was performed once every two weeks.The nursing intervention was done based on the monitoring results,followed by proper medical treatment if necessary.After intervention,only 5 women developed with hypertension,with an incidence rate of 5%,but without eclampsia.Community nursing intervention by raising their awareness in participating in monitoring,pregnant examination,training and phone call interview is effective to prevent or even lower the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.更多还原
