【摘要】 介绍了鄂钢1 080 m3高炉热风炉采用高风温长寿技术的情况,并对热风炉各部位耐材的特点进行了分析.鄂钢的实践表明,热风炉采用先进的设计及合理的耐材是热风炉获得高风温、长寿命的有效途径.

【Abstract】 The high temperature blast and long campaign life technique adopted to the hot blast stove for the 1080m3 blast furnace operated at EGANG Iron and Steel Co.is outlined,and the characters of the refractory used in various parts of the stove summarized in the paper.It was shown by the EGANG’s production practice that making an advanced stove design and using appropriate refractory were the effective ways of producing a high temperature blast and obtaining a long campaign life for the stove.
