【摘要】 高职教育的目的是培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线所需要的高等技术应用型专门人才.高职教育教学管理模式的改革,应服从服务于高职教育的人才培养目标,有利于综合职业能力和创新能力的培养,有利于教学管理系统功能的发挥.高职教育目前还处于起步阶段,没有现成的管理经验可循,因此,面对原有的不完善、不健全的高职教育教学管理模式,尽快摸索出一套具有高职特色的科学的合理的教学管理模式是高职教育成功的关键.更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of higher vocational education is to foster a number of career men assigned for work on production,construction,management and front line service.So vocational education reformation should hew to the purpose wehave mentioned above,should be beneficial to improving students’ integrated vocation and innovation skills,and should be in favor of performing functions of educational administration systems.Vocational education is still in its beginning stage,proceeding without any line.Facing those immature and nonstandard in teaching administration pattern,it is crucial to seek a set of scientific and appropriate teaching administration pattern with higher vocational education characteristics.更多还原
