【摘要】 选择2家农户的8头仔猪进行加饲沼液试验。试验结果表明,加饲沼液后,提高了饲料利用率、降低了料肉比、缩短了饲养周期。屠宰结果表明,猪胴体性能发生变化,屠宰率、瘦肉率、脂肪率、平均背膘厚和眼肌面积分别增加2.91%,0.98%,1.54%,0.23 cm和8.55 cm2。瘦肉分析表明,猪瘦肉中肌内脂肪减少了11.51%,粗灰分和蛋白质含量分别增加0.8%,11.25%;猪生长必需的矿物质钙、镁、铁、锌含量有显著的增加。17种氨基酸分析表明,鲜味氨基酸、生长必需氨基酸和氨基酸总量分别比对照猪增加2.14%,4.49%,5.18%。重金属元素和血液学参数分析表明,加饲沼液对育肥猪是安全无害的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Choose 8 piglets and feed with biogas digestive liquid in two peasants household.The results indicate that the biogas digestive liquid increased the feeding stuff efficiency,reduced the F/G(feeding stuff growth ratio) and the raising cycle.The slaughter results showed that slaughter rate,lean meat rate,fat rate,average back fat depth and the area of longissimus dorsi was higher than the counter group by 2.91%,0.98%,1.54%,0.23 cm2 and 8.55 cm2 respectively.The physics and chemistry analysis of lean meat indicates intramuscularly fat reduced by 11.51%,thick ash and protein increased by 0.8% and by 11.45% individual.The content of calcium,magnesium,iron and zinc element have been remarkable increased.Analysis of harmful elements and hematology parameters indicate that biogas digestive liquid is harmless.更多还原
