稀土改性CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢反应
Studies of Rare Earths on the Modification of CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 Catalyst for the Steam Reforming of Methanol
【摘要】 考察了La2O3和Y2O3对CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂甲醇水蒸汽重整反应性能的影响,并运用BET、XRD、TPR等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,La2O3和Y2O3的改性加入均能提高催化剂的活性,其中以Y2O3改性效果较为显著。催化剂中Y2O3含量不同,甲醇的转化率和H2产率也不相同,Y2O3含量为5 mol%时,CuO-ZnO-ZrO2-Y2O3催化剂甲醇转化率和H2产率最佳。Y2O3的加入使铜物种的分散度提高、CuO易还原。由于Y3+离子半径与Zr4+离子半径接近,Y3+可能部分替代Zr4+,增强了Y3+与其它金属之间的相互作用。
【Abstract】 The effects of La2O3 and Y2O3 on the modification of CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 catalyst were studied for the methanol-steam reforming reaction.The catalysts were characterized by BET、XRD and TPR.The results show that the addition of La2O3 and Y2O3 can increase the catalytic activity,and the promotion impact of Y2O3 is more.The methanol conversion and the hydrogen yield of CuO-ZnO-ZrO2-Y2O3 catalysts change with changing content of Y2O3 in the catalysts.The higher methanol conversion and the hydrogen yield are obtained when the temperature is 533 K and the content of Y2O3 is 5 mol %.The dispersion of CuO is improved and the CuO-ZnO-ZrO2-Y2O3 catalyst is easily to be reduced.Because the ionic radii of Y3+ and Zr4+ are more similar in size,so it is easier for Y3+ substituting Zr4+,and enchance the interaction between Y3+ and other metallic ions.
