电力机车接插件性能微机检测仪及其参数的确定
Confirmation of the Electric Locomotive Plug Performance Detecting Apparatus and Its Parameters
【摘要】 在电力机车接插件电气性能要求的基础上,用检测电路将接插件的电阻值转变成电压值,再采集到计算机中进行处理,从而设计出一套接插件性能微机检测系统.通过分段线性化的方法解决了该检测系统参数的非线性问题,并用MATLAB软件进行仿真和计算机辅助优化设计,最终实现了检测仪参数的确定.现场使用表明该检测系统方便、快捷、准确.
【Abstract】 Based on the performance requirement of the electric locomotive plug,utilizing the detecting circuits transforms the plug resistance to voltage,then collecting the data to computer processing.Finally a complete performance detecting system for the electric locomotive plug has been designed.Using the subsection method has solved the non-linear problem of the parameters of the detecting system.And apply the MATLAB software to simulate and computer-aided optimal design.Ultimately the parameters of the detecting apparatus are confirmed.The practical applications show that the system is convenient and accurate.
