X2110船用柴油机曲轴的改型设计

【摘要】 X2110柴油机是X6110的改进型.即在保证原来性能指标的前提下将六缸机改为两缸机而得.针对改型后两缸机平稳性差、振动大的特点,我们对曲轴做了重新设计.主要是平衡块的设计,我们根据两缸机曲轴的布置特点,做了理论分析和计算,在原有平衡块基础上,提出了几种合理的改进方案.并给出了改进后的曲轴整体布置图,同时对曲轴的强度进行了校核.

【Abstract】 X2110 diesel engine is an improved type of X6110.It changes to have six air cylinders for two air cylinders on the premise of inheritting X2100 performance index.To the poor stationarity of bent axle and the big vibration after remodeling,we redesign the bent axle.We mainly design the equilibrium piece.According to the arrangement of bent axle in two cylinders-diesel engine,we conduct the analysis and compute in theory.On a premise of the original equilibrium piece,we put forward several rational plans for remodeling.We provide the diagram of the bent axle after remodification and proofread the strength of the bent axle.
