【摘要】 网络儿童色情犯罪是一种新型犯罪,它与传统色情犯罪相较,具有自身特征:犯罪成本低、效益高;犯罪人网络特征是“虚幻”的;惩治极其困难;具有极强的社会危害性等。当前,网络儿童色情犯罪在全球已泛滥成灾,引起了世界各国的高度重视。西方主要国家纷纷采取措施予以打击,网络儿童色情犯罪得以遏制。我国与西方主要国家相比,在网络儿童色情犯罪打击防治方面还存有较大差距。需立足本国,借鉴西方国家的一些先进经验,对现有的防治措施予以不断完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with traditional sex crime,children’s sex crime through the Internet,as a new kind of crime,possesses its own characters : The crime is low in cost,but high in benefit,while the criminals’network characteristic is "virtual";therefore,it is extremely difficult to enforce punishments and the cirmes are very harmful to the society.At present,children’s sex crime through the Internet has already burst in like a flood in the world,causing worldwide concerns.Some main Western countries have been taken measures to punish the crimes.As a result,the crime through the Internet has successfully been held back.Comparied with these Western countries,our country has wide gaps in the improvement and precaution of the children’s sex crime through the Internet.Considring the acutal situation in our country,it is essential to improve the existing precaution measures by taking the progressive Western experiences into consideration.更多还原
