【Abstract】 During the breeding process of Penacus vannamei,the PCR and RT-PCR techniques are applied to detect three types of virus,that is,WSSV,IHHNV,TSV,to protect the parental shrimp,egg,nauplius,parental shrimp feed,artemia and water from being infected.The purpose of this work is to breed the healthy Penacus vannamei,and to offer a feasible measure to keep a sustainable development for Penacus vannamei breeding.更多还原
