桂花属植物花粉粒及叶片气孔器形态的扫描电镜观察比较研究

【摘要】 对桂花属(O smanthus fragrans)两个种植物叶片气孔及花粉粒形态进行了扫描电镜观察.。结果表明:金桂(O.fragrans cv Jingui)和四季桂(O.fragrans cv Sijigui)的花粉粒都是椭圆形,表面都有网状纹饰,都有孔沟;但金桂花粉粒要比四季桂稍微圆一点。金桂和四季桂气孔器都呈圆形,保卫细胞对称排列,气孔缝近圆形;金桂和四季桂叶片气孔均散生于叶片背面,叶片正面不见分布;金桂气孔分布密度大于四季桂。

【Abstract】 The leaf stomatal apparatus and the pollen morphology of 2 species of Osmanthus fragrans from Shandong were examined by scanning electron microscope.The results suggest the pollen morphology of the 2 species are elliptic.Their surfaces have waveform and hole ditches.O.fragrans cv Jingui is a little rounder than O.fragrans cv Sijigui.The stomatal apparatus of the 2 species are round.The defend cell arranges in symmetric order.The opening of stomatal apparatus is round,too[1] The leaf stomatal apparatus of the 2 species is distributed over the back leaf,but not the facade of the leaf.The distribution density of stomatal apparatus of O.fragrans cv Jingui is bigger than O.fragrans cv Sijigui.
