添加助熔剂降低淮南煤灰熔融性机理初探
Mechanism of reducing ash fusion temperature by adding flux in Huainan coal
【摘要】 添加助熔剂A降低高灰熔融性淮南煤灰熔融温度,使其适合淮化集团近年引入的Texaco水煤浆气化炉的液态排渣工艺温度要求(1 380℃左右),并对其机理进行了初步的探究。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of reducting of ash fusion temperature by adding flux in Huainan coal to reduce the ash fusion temperature,so that the coal can meet the temperature request of the slag-tap technology of Texaco CWM gasification device which has been introduced to Huainan Chemical Group in recent years,and the mechanism was studied in this paper.
