【Abstract】 Our country already has founded a relatively perfect legislation and a set of judicial interpretation rule about the meaning expression which is under the realistic environment. Comparing to the meaning expression under the realistic environment, the meaning expression in the network has showed some new characteristics which are impacting to the existing law systems and will cause to the new consideration about the law application.
