【摘要】 目的:研究穴位注射疗法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症导致腰腿痛中的疗效。方法:在辅助运用推拿、牵引与药物治疗的基础上,将103例腰椎间盘突出症导致腰腿疼痛患者随机分为穴位注射组(观察组)55例,常规针刺组(对照组)48例,治疗4个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果:观察组优良率89.1%,对照组优良率68.8%,经统计学处理P<0.05,两组优良率比较差异具有显著性意义。结论:穴位注射治疗椎间盘突出症导致腰腿痛效果明显优于常规针刺治疗组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of point-injection on the treatment of pain in back and legs caused by prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc.Method:103 cases were randomized into two groups,55 cases in point-injection group(treating group)and 48 cases in routine acupuncture group(control group),compared the therapeutic effect after 4 treatment courses.Result:The superior rate in treating group was 89.1%,and that in control group was 68.8%.There is significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of point-injection on the treatment of pain in back and legs caused by prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc is better than that by using acupuncture only.更多还原
