吉兰-巴雷综合征临床分期分型与T淋巴细胞亚群变化的相关性

【摘要】 目的探讨吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)临床分期分型与T淋巴细胞亚群变化的相关性。方法选择临床确诊的吉兰-巴雷综合征患者进行临床分期与分型,并用流式细胞仪检测其外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的相对计数。结果与正常组比较,急性期CD3+、CD8+、CD4+CD25+显著降低(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+显著升高(P<0.05),CD4+无显著差异;恢复期CD8+、CD4+/CD8+恢复正常。急性期与恢复期比较,CD8+显著降低、CD4+/CD8+显著升高(P<0.05)。轻重症组CD3+、CD4+CD25+均显著降低(P<0.01),而重症组CD8+显著降低(P<0.01),CD4+/CD8+显著升高(P<0.05);但轻重症组间各指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论GBS患者急性期存在明显的T淋巴细胞亚群功能紊乱,且轻重症之间无明显差异。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between T lymphocyte subsets and clinical stage and typing of the patients with Guillian-Barre syndrome(GBS).Methods The clinical stage and clinical typing of patients with GBS were observed;T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with GBS were counted by flow cytometry.Results By comparison with the normal control group,CD3+,CD8+,CD4+CD5+ declined signifi-cantly(P < 0.01) with CD4+/CD8+ increasing(P < 0.05) and CD4+ had few changes in the acute stage group.CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the recovery stage group were normally recovered.CD8+ decreased but CD4+/CD8+ increased significant-ly(P < 0.05) in acute stage group,compared with recovery stage group.CD3+ and CD4+CD25+ was lower in light and heavy group(P < 0.01) than those in normal control group.Moreover,CD8+ was lower(P < 0.01) but CD4+/CD8+ was higher in the heavy group(P < 0.05) than those in normal control group.Each guideline of the comparison between the light group and the heavy stayed the same(P > 0.05).Conclusion At the acute stage,the function of T lymphocyte cluster of patients with GBS has a visible disturbance and there is not appeared difference between the light and the heavy GBS.
