【Abstract】 Quantum dot(QD)is a semiconducting nanocrystal which provides amazing fluorescent advantages over organic dyes and Ianthanide probes,In particular the wide exciting wavelength and the narrow,symmetric e- mission spectra and the high stabilization against photobleaching.In this review,both the optical characteristics of QD and the preparation methods are summarized,with an emphasis on its biological application as fluorescence la- bels.更多还原
