量子点作为生物荧光标记物的研究进展
Progress in Quantum Dots as fluorescent biological labels
【摘要】 量子点具有传统荧光染料和镧系配合物无法比拟的荧光特性:宽的激发光谱、窄的发射光谱、更长的寿命等。文章概述了量子点的光学特性和制备方法,并着重介绍了其作为荧光标记物在生物学中的应用。
【Abstract】 Quantum dot(QD)is a semiconducting nanocrystal which provides amazing fluorescent advantages over organic dyes and Ianthanide probes,In particular the wide exciting wavelength and the narrow,symmetric e- mission spectra and the high stabilization against photobleaching.In this review,both the optical characteristics of QD and the preparation methods are summarized,with an emphasis on its biological application as fluorescence la- bels.
