等离子体荷电干式喷钙脱硫工艺实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON CHARGED DRY TYPE CALCIUM-SPRAYED DESULFURIZATION BY PLASMA
【摘要】 将等离子体技术与传统干式喷钙脱硫技术相结合,利用脉冲电晕放电技术产生等离子体,对脱硫剂颗粒进行处理,脉冲放电脱硫反应器电极结构采用线筒式电极,正极性窄脉冲高电压供电,实验烟气流量为100m3/h~300m3/h.主要研究了脉冲放电脱硫的运行参数对脱硫效果的影响,目的是为脉冲放电烟气脱硫工业应用提供科学依据.实验结果表明:烟气中SO2浓度在1000mL/m3~2000mL/m3范围内,烟气温度在60℃~80℃范围内,氧化钙加入量按摩尔比CaO∶SO2=2∶1加入,能耗3(W·h)/m3~5(W·h)/m3,SO2脱除率达到85%以上.
【Abstract】 Charged dry type calcium-sprayed desulfurization technology by plasma is based on combination of the plasma and traditional dry type calcium-sprayed desulfurization technology. The influence of the operation parameters on SO2 removal rate with a pulsed corona discharge was studied to promote the industrial application of this technology.The flow rate of the flue gas was 100 m3/h-300 m3/h.The SO2 removal rate reached 80%.The range of SO2 concentration in flue gas was 1 000 mL/m3-2 000mL/m3.The flue temperature was 60 ℃-80 ℃.The molecule ratio of CaO to SO2 was 2. The energy consumption was 3 (W·h)/m3-5 (W·h)/m3.The wire-cylinder electrode structure and a positive high voltage pulse power supply were used in the experiment.
