煤基油-电联产系统价值工程研究

【摘要】 通过分析我国面临的油、电能源形势和单产技术的不足,提出应对能源安全的一个重要手段就是建立煤基油-电联产系统.在此基础上,利用价值工程分析方法,首先对煤化工几种利用途径的5种典型产品进行了分析研究,定量地说明了我国建立煤基油-电联产系统的必要性和重要性.同时结果表明,以油为主的联产方案为最佳的煤基油-电联产系统方案.

【Abstract】 In this article,based on the analysis of oil-electricity supply situation in China and the shortage of single production technology,one important method is developed to face the energy safety through establishing the coproduction system of oil-electricity based on coal. On the foundation,five typical products from several coal using routes have been firstly carried on by the means of VE. The result has quantificationally demonstrated the necessity and the importance of our country establishing the coproduction system of oil-electricity based on coal.At the same time,it shows that the case by oil primarily is a optimization case of the coproduction system.
