超细鹤岗烟煤热解实验研究及动力学参数分析

【摘要】 采用日本岛津(SHIMADZU)公司生产的DTG-60H型热重-差热分析仪研究了鹤岗烟煤在两个不同升温速率5℃/min和10℃/min下,对常规粒度与超细粒度4个煤样进行了热解实验.热解实验所用气体为纯N2,气体流量均为80mL/min.煤样的颗粒粒度由英国Malvern公司的MAM5004型激光粒度分析仪测定.根据实验数据计算了各实验煤样热解动力学参数.结果表明,鹤岗煤粉热解的活性与其粒度的关系为:随着粒度的减小,其热解活性越好,活化能相对较小;并且随着粒度的减小,热解反应时间也减少,煤粉的热解特性随平均粒度减小而改善.

【Abstract】 DTG-60H thermobalance was utilized to study pyrolysis characteristics of samples from Hegang whose average sizes are all different, the heating rate is 10 ℃/min and 5 ℃/min,N2 flow rate is 80 mL/min. Particle sizes of pulverized coals are analyzed by Malvern MAM5004 Laser Mastersizer made in United Kingdom. In terms of experimental data, the chemical kinetics parameters of region were made out. Based on experimental data, pyrolysis kinetic parameter of the coal sample was obtained. The results show that the particle size has a great effect on pyrolysis activity of Hegang coal. As the particle size decreases, the coal sample has better pyrolysis activity and the activation energy decreases. Besides, the finer coal has short reaction time and better pyrolysis characteristics.
