【摘要】 ①目的探讨Rb2/p130和凋亡抑制蛋白(Survivin)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达情况。②方法随机选取华北煤炭医学院附属医院病理科1988~2001年存档的NSCLC100例石蜡包埋标本。应用原位杂交方法检测Rb2/p130和Survivin在NSCLC组织中的表达情况。③结果Survivinm RNA阳性表达率为76.0%。随TNM分期增高,其阳性表达率增高。淋巴结转移者较无转移者阳性表达率高。Survivinm RNA阳性表达与NSCLC组织学类型、分化程度无相关性。Rb2/p130m RNA阳性表达率为35.0%。随TNM分期增高,其阳性表达率降低。淋巴结转移者较无转移者阳性表达率低。Rb2/p130m RNA阳性表达与NSCLC组织学类型、分化程度无相关性。④结论NSCLC组织中Survivinm RNA高表达;其阳性表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关;Rb2/p130 mRNA低表达;其阳性表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of Rb2/p130 mRNA and Survivin mRNA in NSCLC (non-small-cell lung cancer).Methods 100 cases of NSCLC were selected from North China Coal Medical College. The expression of Rb2/p130 in NSCLC were detected using immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization staining.Results The positive rate of Survivin mRNA was 76.0%, and the positive rate heightened as TNM staging heightened. The positive rate of Survivin mRNA in NSCLC with the lymph node metastasis was higher than that without the lymph node metastasis. The expression of Survivin mRNA was correlated with the lymph node metastasis, but no correlation with histological subtype and differentiation of NSCLC.The positive rate of Rb2/p130 mRNA was 35.0%. The expression of Rb2/p130 was negative correlation with TNM staging. The positive rate of Rb2/p130 mRNA in NSCLC with the lymph node metastasis was lower than that without the lymph node metastasis. The expression of Rb2/p130 mRNA was correlated with the lymph node metastasis,but no correlation with histological subtype and differentiation of NSCLC. Conclusion The expression of Survivin mRNA in the NSCLC was higher and the expression of Rb2/p130 mRNA in the NSCLC was lower. The expression of Survivin and Rb2/p130 gene was significantly related with TNM staging and lymph node metastases, and was not associated with histologicalsubtype and differentiation.更多还原
