【摘要】 ①目的探讨鳗鱼降钙素治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效。②方法选择120例老年性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组服用乳酸钙和维生素AD,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用鳗鱼降钙素。③结果治疗7个月后,观察组腰椎L2~4股骨颈部的骨密度较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),W ards区骨密度无显著性改变,而对照组各部位骨密度较用药前无明显改变(P>0.05);观察组骨痛总有效率为90.77%,对照组为29.09%(P<0.01);观察组血BGP水平治疗周呈增高的改变,而血TRAP和尿HYP/C r比值的有明显的下降。单纯用钙对照组于治疗后与治疗前比较未见明显改变。④结论鳗鱼降钙素与钙剂联合治疗老年性骨质疏松症,能有效缓解骨痛,提高患者的骨量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To study the therapeutic effect of Elcatonin on senile osteoporosis.Methods 120 cases of senile osteoporosis were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Patients in trial group were treated with Elcatonin,caltrate-D and vitamine AD;patients in control group were treated with caltrate-D and vitamine AD only.Results In calcitonin group,the bone mineral density of lumber vertebrae(L_{2～ 4}) and neck of femur increased significantly after six-month treatment compared with control group（P<0.05）,but no significant change in the region of Wards.No significant change of bone density was found in the control group（P>0.05）.The remission rate of osteodynia was 90.77% in trial group and 20.09% in control group（P<0.01）.The level of serum BGP increased and the ratio of urinary HYP/Cr decreased which suggested another significant difference between the two groups.Concnclusion The combining treatment of Elcatonin and caltrate-D in patients with senile osteoporosis can relieve the osteodynia and increase bone mass.更多还原
