纤维滤床水过滤机理与滤床优化实验

【摘要】 研究了纤维滤料深层床的截污机理,对比研究并优化了床层结构,提出曲线式堆积纤维床层布置是过滤效果最好的一种床型.据此,研制了新型水处理设备———GXF型过滤器,并应用在煤矿坑口电站、油田水利用等水处理工程.

【Abstract】 Studied the water filtering mechanism and the structure of fiber bed for water processing equipment by comparative experiments,and put forward that piled-up curve fiber deployment is the best bed style for filtering processing equipment.Based on the experimental result,a new water filtering equipment,i.e.GXF filter,was designed and constructed after the internal structure of filter bed was optimized.GXF filter has been widely used in oil,coal mining industries and power plants.
