焊接方法对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢焊接接头性能的影响

【摘要】 试验研究了不同焊接方法对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢焊接接头性能的影响,采用万能试验机进行拉伸试验。利用金相显微镜对焊接接头组织进行观察,分析焊接方法对接头性能和组织的影响。研究结果表明:TIG焊接接头性能和组织均优于MMA焊接接头。

【Abstract】 The test has investigated the effect of different welding mathods on the 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel welded-joint by multifunction material testing system and microphotography.The rsults shows that the properties and microstructrue of TIG welded-joint better than that of MMA welded-joint.
