矿用隔爆排沙潜水泵的设计
Design of Diving Pump with Draining Sands with Anti-explosion for Mine
【摘要】 根据矿井水的特点,论述了矿用隔爆排沙潜水泵的设计要点,着重介绍了加大流量设计和全扬程泵设计方法在排沙潜水泵设计中的运用情况,提出了各性能参数的合理取值范围以消除驼峰,提高了效率和抗大流量工况下过载能力,以达到最佳设计目的。
【Abstract】 This article describes the key point of design for diving pump with draining sands with anti-explosion for mine according to the characteristics of pit water,introduces the usage of the method of design of enlarging the flow of water and the whole lift pump in the design of diving pump with draining sands,and improves the rational data from the functional parameters to remove the hump and increase the efficiency and ability to resist the overload in the condition of big water flow to reach the best design tasks.
